User Agreement

This User Agreement governs your use of CitCam, provided by MyCitCam Team 2024. By accessing or using CitCam, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using CitCam, you accept and agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue use of CitCam.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.

2.2 Proper Use:

You agree to use CitCam only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

Engage in unlawful or harmful behavior while using CitCam.

Use the app to harass, threaten, or defraud others.

Distribute or upload malicious content, including viruses, malware, or other harmful software.

2.3 User Content:

You retain ownership of any content (such as images, comments, or data) you share or upload through CitCam. By posting or uploading content, you grant CitCam a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content within the app. You agree that your content will not infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Prohibited Activities

When using CitCam, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

Attempting to hack or bypass security protocols of CitCam.

Engaging in activities that harm or degrade the performance of CitCam for other users.

Using CitCam for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to CitCam, including trademarks, logos, software, and designs, are the exclusive property of MyCitCam Team 2024 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use CitCam for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of CitCam without our prior written permission.

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of CitCam may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing a subscription or making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize CitCam to charge the associated fees. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CitCam at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in illegal activities. You may also terminate your account by contacting us at gaojunni1001@outlook.com. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any associated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Warranty:

CitCam is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that CitCam will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

7.2 Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCitCam Team 2024 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CitCam, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the User Agreement

We may revise this User Agreement at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing the updated terms. Continued use of CitCam after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
